Fox Hill is a gated community of single-family homes southeast of Olympia, WA, established in 2006. It is located off Spurgeon Creek Road between the Yelm Highway and the Rainier Highway in the Sunwood Lake, Lake Saint Clair and Pattison Lake area.

There are 71 lots at Fox Hill. A large amount of green belt space distinguishes Fox Hill from many other subdivisions and a tantalizing mixture of a single family neighborhood in a rural setting. The homes, which are usually on one-half acre lots and larger, are adjacent to some green space. Most lots are in front of undevelopable forested lands. All are adjacent to green acreage.  Many of the homes have territorial views.  In addition, four 40-acre forested lots in the subdivision each support up to one home. Approximately 88 acres of green space, much of it forest, are owned as a common area by the Fox Hill Homeowners' Association.
